AccountEx 2026 is hosted on 13-14th May at ExCeL London with 300+ exhibitors, so we’ve taken it upon ourselves to guide you through everything you need to know.
What is Accountex 2026?
Accountex London is the UK’s current largest event for finance professionals and accountancy firms. Accountex 2026 is running from Wednesday, 13th May, to Thursday, 14th May. This year, it’s co-located with the FD Show for the first time, expanding the audience to include finance directors and CFOs from the industry.
What’s it like for newcomers
For new attendees, you’ll see demonstrations from every perspective and conversations everywhere you go.
With so many companies showcasing their services, it can be difficult to understand what exhibits deserve your attention. You should also take into consideration many businesses will pitch you their product without helping you understand whether or not you need it.
Arriving already informed
To help you cut through all the noise, we’re hosting a pre-event webinar on Monday, 11th May at 2pm. This is meant to give you a practical walkthrough of what to best expect and prepare, so when you arrive, you already know what to look for.
We want you to know what you’re looking for, so in this webinar, we’ll be going through:

How else should you prepare for Accountex?
It’s best to decide in advance what cyber topics matter most to your firm, for example, cyber security and the modern workplace might be the most important directions your business might want to invest in.
After this, do some research into which companies are attending and make a note of their stand number. For example, our stand number is 1761.
Finally, prepare three to four questions for each different product and topic, and make sure these questions can relate back to the specifics of your organisation.
